APPEALS

If you wish to appeal against a Parking Charge Notice you should submit your case in writing within 28 days from the date of issue to:

All correspondence must include your name, full postal address including postcode, Parking Charge Notice reference number and Vehicle Registration Number.
If any of this information is not provided the appeal will not be accepted.

You must submit evidence in support of the appeal.

COMPLAINTS

If you wish to make a complaint, in the first instance you must submit this in writing to:

If you are not satisfied with the response you may then refer your complaint to the British Parking Association at www.britishparking.co.uk .

PLEASE NOTE:

We run a paperless office, all correspondence and accompanying evidence received is scanned and shredded, we do not return original documents but we do accept clear photocopies.

All Parking Charge Notice's are placed on hold on receipt of a written appeal. Any appeal against a Parking Charge Notice received within 14 days from the date of issue will be given the opportunity to pay at the reduced rate of £60 if the appeal is unsuccessful.

If the appeal is unsuccesssful you will be provided with the information on how to appeal to Parking On Private Land (POPLA).

By law we are required to inform you that Ombudsman Services (www.ombudsman-services.org/) provides an alternative dispute resolution service that would be competent to deal with your appeal. However, we have not chosen to participate in their alternative dispute resolution service. As such should you wish to appeal then you must do so to POPLA at www.popla.co.uk

Appeal decisions should be provided within 35 days, if you do not receive a written response within 28 days, please contact us by email at

Do not assume your appeal has been successful.
