If you wish to appeal against a Parking Charge you should submit your case in writing within 28 days from the date of issue to:

If any of this information is not provided the appeal will not be accepted.
You must submit evidence in support of the appeal, e.g. Documentary proof of any payment or exemption. PLEASE NOTE: We run a paperless office, all correspondence and accompanying evidence received is scanned and shredded, we do not return original documents but we will accept clear photocopies / photographs.
If the Parking Charge Notice has been paid we will not accept or respond to any appeal submitted after payment has been received by us.
All Parking Charges are placed on hold on receipt of a written appeal. Any appeal against a Parking Charge received within 14 days (beginning with the day after the ‘Date of Issue’ of this Notice) will be given the opportunity to pay at the reduced rate of £60 for a further 14 days if the appeal is unsuccessful. All appeals will receive an acknowledgement within 14 days from the date of receipt and will be responded to within 28 days.
If the appeal is unsuccessful, you will be provided with the information on how to appeal to the Independent Appeals Service (IAS). Please note appeals submitted to the IAS automatically revert to the full amount of £100 and the opportunity to make payment at the discounted rate of £60 will no longer apply. If the PCN has been paid, then you cannot submit an appeal to the IAS.
Appeal decisions should be provided within 28 days, if you do not receive a written response within 28 days, please contact us by email at appeals@nwpmanagement.co.uk . Do not assume your appeal has been successful.
